Hey, I'm Kayleigh!

 

I live in the UK. I have a cat, Kiara, who has an attitude problem and a dog, Todd, who is lovely but pulls to hard when we go walkies. I come from a big family and enjoy spending time with my friends. They give me such good ideas. I love reading, music and movies. I wish I could draw, sing or dance, but alas, it's just not meant to be. I also happen to have a book boyfriend for every day of the week!

For as long as I can remember, I have had these stories floating around in my head and a few years ago I gathered my courage and joined Fan Ficiton. Don't roll your eyes, it's actually an amazing place to make friends and get feedback on your work. Not to mention funny.

After a couple of years on there, I decided to bite the bullet and try and get published, but any unpublished writers out there will know how difficult it is. So, after yet another rejection, I heard about Create Space and to a techno phobe like me, it was intimidating and frustrating, but I decided to give it a go. If I fail at least I had tried, right?

So, here I am.

The Hunter's Heart is my writing debut and I hope you like it. Hopefully, soon, I will have more stories to share with you.
